Shipping

When will my order ship?
All ammunition orders are processed the next day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

For merch we work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide. Orders could take 3-7 days to be shipped out and may be shipped from a variety of locations.

Domestic shipping rates and estimates
Shipping charges options and fees for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Local delivery
If you live within our local area an option for pick up will be available at check out. Our pick up location is 410 Pleasant View Drive Ringgold, GA 30736. Pick up times are by schedule only. Call (706) 751-7511 to arrange a pick up time.

International shipping
We do not offer international shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within the time frame specified by your selected shipping method after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@whiteoakmunitions.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes
We do not ship munitions to P.O. Boxes.

Returns & Refunds

What’s your merch return policy?
We don’t offer returns and exchanges for merchandise, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let
us know by contacting us at info@whiteoakmunitons.com

Do you offer refunds on merch?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of
these apply, please contact us at info@whiteoakunitions.com with photos of wrong/damaged
items and we’ll sort that out for you.

Can I exchange merch for a different size/color?
At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our
sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let
us know at info@whiteoakunitions.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your
order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a
refund!
